Like our beef, our lambs are all born on our farm, raised without added hormones or antibiotics. These are young lambs which we start processing at four to five months of age. We offer whole and half lambs, and also have retail cuts available year round. We sell locally, and also sell our lamb at the Haymarket Farmers’ Market in Lincoln, Nebraska from early May through mid-October.
