We are again offering a limited number of pasture-grown turkeys available for the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons. We raise these birds in the same way that we raise our broiler chickens. They have the same wonderful qualities of tenderness and flavor. They bake in far less time than store-bought birds, as they have no added water or artificial ingredients. Again we are offering fully-cooked smoked turkeys as a delicious alternative. Please order these ahead. Giblets are included if desired. These sell out early!
